Dan and crew recovered the heartpine flooring we found beneath carpet (who does that!?) in the home we recently purchased in the VoP. Not just sanding recovery, they did an awesome job on repair in a few locations. Previous owners had used a dark stain and it's been carpeted for at least a decade. The floor was sanded to it's beautiful grain and we finished it with a clear poly. What a difference.

Fair price, great work, minimal intrusion. The equipment they use collects all dust. If I had more hardwood under the carpets in the main house Dan would be finishing them also.

What a great group of guys! I couldn't be more please with the Stellar Job they did on my over 60 year old hard wood floors!! They took my rough old , tired floors and made they beautiful and sleek as glass again... My floors are breathtaking!!

Dan and his team at Heritage Hardwood Floors are true professionals. We bought a home with old stained pine floors. We thought we would have to tear them out but they turned out beautifully. We just had Dan back out to refinish another area and again he does his magic!

Dan and his team did a great job with my floors. Someone else had installed the flooring. Quartered and riff cut White Oak. We tested multiple stains and landed on Rustic Beige ( which was Dan's recommendation from the start). He knows his colors. They came in and spent three days prepping and then staining and applying two clear coats. I can tell you there was no dust. OK maybe a little, but I had to pull out the white gloves to tell. All in all they did a great job and the floors look wonderful.

Heritage flooring has now done 3 stages of restoring floors in our home for a complete new look. Some refinishing, some repairs with refinishing and an addition of new floors to match existing 1950's wood floors. The whole house looks amazing, everything matches amazingly. To top it off, always great at communicating and scheduling and held to the promised time lines. Great to work with and would use them again and again!
